Cheaper Show
During the Summer of 2008 the eighth annual Cheaper Show took place in the Storyeum building in the historic Gastown area of Vancouver. The premise of this show was to give emerging artists the recognition they deserve along side some of Vancouver's biggest art heroes. The result was 150 of Vancouver's finest artists showing 3 pieces each to create a gigantic salon style exhibition. Each piece sold for $200, giving art lovers on a budget the chance to buy some high calibre artwork for very affordable prices.
